A lo-fi explainer for PepsiCo’s internal innovation competition.

Created on a tight budget and timeline, this playful explainer was designed to energise teams and spark ideas ahead of the company’s annual innovation challenge.

I developed the concept, script and storyboards and worked closely with the animation team to bring it to life—fast, fun and on beat.

It hit the mark, and PepsiCo came back for more the following year.
